Capable of shaping varieties of materials with the thickness of 0.03 to 1.2mm such as stainless steel, copper and aluminum sheet by etching, half-etching and pattern imprinting without the need of hardware mold manufacturing charge.

Wet Paint - We have the facility to paint components utilising wet spray technology, with a fully enclosed wet paint facility incorporating a wet extraction spray booth and box oven.
Laser Marking - Our Laser Marker compliments our other marking and printing processes. The ability to manage specific serial numbers is a feature that benefits a number of our customers, with low set-up times and 100% repeatability the laser marker has huge benefits over other processes.
Silk Screening - We have a dedicated silk-screening department, giving us the ability to offer our customers a diverse range of solutions to product marking. Our design department are able to produce complex artworks when required and our expertise of jigs and fixtures ensures that products with even the most complex of geometry can be printed to a high quality standard.
Tampo Printing - We are able to offer Pad Printing as an alternative to our silk screening process. Suitable for high volume products this technology ensures component quality is consistently achievable.
